For eligible U.S. orders, estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING COST
Free U.S. shipping may be available on eligible orders where shown on our website or at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label is created.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the shipping carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us for assistance.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
